Anxiety is one of the most common mental health issues affecting childhood and adolescent years. By taking this course, you will learn about the roots of anxiety and how to support children during their emotional struggles.

About your expert speaker
Ms. Fiordalina Zammit ( Psychotherapist )
Fiordalina Zammit is a qualified psychotherapist and also a mother to a young daughter. She graduated from the University of Malta in 2012 with a Bachelor degree in Psychology and till 2017 worked with children living in a residential home who have experienced abuse and trauma. She obtained her Master degree in Gestalt Psychotherapy in 2018 and presently works within the Psychology team of FSWS. She also facilitates groups of Positive Parenting within the national addictive behavior agency and works in private practice.
